We have acquired the latest and most efficient equipment/machinery, to help us provide top quality professional services which meet internationally acceptable standards.
Many companies today are outsourcing their non-core operations. This has the double benefit of releasing existing staff to carry out other duties within their core environment and reducing the overall expenditure of a company by benefiting from the savings that can be achieved using the buying power of an FM company that specializes in these services.
Through having a large client base, we have the ability to purchase commodities/ products in large quantities at very favorably discounted prices and are therefore able to pass these savings on to our clients.
There is also the benefit of companies not having to employ specialist expertise in-house where this expertise will not be fully utilized. As an external FM provider we are able to provide specialist expertise on a wide range of services at the same time spreading the cost over a number of organizations.

Therefore, we are able to offer support services in any of the above countries.
The Company was formed in 1967 in Mombasa as Kenya Kazi Ltd. Over the years, it grew and expanded to become a regional company with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Burundi, Sudan, & DRC.
In 1996 it achieved ISO 9001 accreditation.
It is a member of BSIA & a Founder Memeber of KSIA.
