Group & Country Managers
Mark Charleson, Group Chief Finance Officer – Born in England, he adopted Kenyan Nationality in 2007. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He holds a BA (Hons) Econ, University of Sussex, England.Mark has a wealth of experience in financial management having started his career as an accountant in England. He has worked for various subsidiaries of Lonrho Plc as Group Finance Director in Kenya and Nigeria for over 17 years.
Lucas Ndolo, Group Training Manager
After a distinguished career in the Kenya Army for over 10 years, Lucas joined commercial security operations where he served as Security Manager for Socfinaf and Alliance One Tobacco for 12 years. With a wide experience in commercial security, Lucas has the responsibility of steering the group’s operations in Rwanda. He joined the KK Group in 2007.
Steve Foster, Senior Operations Consultant - Steve joined the KK Security Group of Companies in February 2008. He holds a MSc (Merit) in Security & Risk Management, BA (Hons) in Business Studies and the Diploma of Marine Surveying (Distinction) and has over 25 years experience as an officer in the Royal Navy, retiring in 2007 in the rank of Commander. He has extensive experience of maritime security and is qualified as a Company Security Officer under the International Ship, Ports and facilities Security system (ISPS). Other appointments held in the KK Security Group include Country Manager for KK South Sudan and for KK Uganda. He is currently the Senior Operations Consultant for KK Security in Kenya and is based in Nairobi.
Eddy Sebera, Country Manager – DR Congo – Eddy joined the Group in June 2006 and brings with him over 7 years experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining KK, he served as Financial Analyst for Liquidafrica Holdings, which provides Internet-based financial and electronic brokerage infrastructure for African markets, and Combase Africa – a subsidiary of the Combase Group based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He has an Honours Degree in Economics from National University of Rwanda, Butare.
Moses Kiboi - General Manager - DR Congo – Moses has been with the company since 1994. He joined the company in Mombasa but moved quickly to Rwanda. He was a training instructor with the National Youth Service in Kenya when he attended Military College in Gilgil. He worked as Operations Manager in Rwanda before his transfer to Congo. He holds a Diploma in Criminal Justice and is pursuing an Degree Course in Criminal Justice through Kaplan University.
Sophie Walker, Regional Customer Service Manager – Sophie joined the Group in July 2005. She has over 8 years experience in the security industry. Prior to her posting as Regional Customer Service Manager she was the Customer Service Manager, Nairobi where she built a successful sales and marketing team. In her new role, she will use her vast experience to stimulate, motivate and upgrade our Customer Service departments in all branches in the region.
Rocky Hitchcock, Group Security Consultant – Rocky is seconded from the African Management Services Company (AMSCO - a UNDP project) and has a Master’s Degree in Security Management He has conducted security Audits in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and has written emergency evacuation plans for Somalia, Iraq, Kuwait, Nigeria, Mexico & Venezuela. He has produced and practiced crisis management plans for major Oil & Gas Companies with world wide exposure in Houston, Texas.
