The training focuses on providing the untrained guards with the relevant knowledge and skills that will enable them to be abreast with the recent development within the security industry.

The training is meant to equip them with knowledge and skills that will enable them mitigate the ever-increasing security threats.

Guard Supervisor

This courses trains individuals on how to effectively manage and supervise security officers. It aims leadership qualities and management skills for Supervisors and would-be Supervisors.

In addition, this course helps understand and applies a professional and effective style of communication in all interactions, communication process, methods of communication, and barriers of communication.

• Employee Performance Evaluations

• Counseling and Sexual Harassment
